What type of leather do we use?

We use vintage vaxed Crazy Horse leather, produced in Ukraine , Italy and Tuckey. Also we use some kind of vegetable tanned leathers, tanned in Europe. Hides originate from France and Italy . 

How do I clean and care for my leather good?

Any leather item we produce, made with natural leather, so you should think of leather as you would your own skin; when it gets dry, apply a moisturizer. For more details of how to take care of your item, you can found here.

How do I request for custom order?

Who designs all the products?

All our products are designed founders of HARMONY workshop.

Where does all items produce?

All our goods designed and produced by us personally in Ukraine. We are family workshop, so we a carry about our goods personally and make them by hands in out family workshop. Sometimes we make live chat or live video to show you how we do all this cool items.

Do we make everything in our own workshop?

Everything is made in our family owned workshop in Ukraine. Poltava. Learn more about our space and what we do here.

How long does it take order to be made?

If we do not have an item in stock and it needs to be handcrafted, our production lead time is about 2-3 days, which can vary depending on workflow. Please contact us here to find out what we have available

Is there a warranty on our products?

Yes, of course .We give a lifetime guarantee on our goods.

Here sometimes happened goods that you ordered in our workshop could be damaged by you personally or could get some damage during using. Its could be deep scratches, etc. In this case we are ready to repair them for free. You only will need to send them back to us and pay for shipping in two sides.

Do we do any custom work?

Sure, we accept custom work and modifications for our goods. Also we provide free personalization for any item, including bulk orders. Wwe do our best to accommodate certain modifications upon request. Please know that any work falling under this category may be subject to an additional charge and extended production lead time. Is value added tax (VAT) included in the cost?

All costs on our site do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) and/or Goods & Sales Tax (GST) rates.

Do you offer free shipping and returns?

Yes, we do offer free domestic shipping, here in Ukraine for any orders. Also we offer free shipping for international orders over $150.00 and give discount for orders over $70. Click here for more information about our shipping policy.

For returns and exchanges, please note that unless the return or exchange is the result of an error on our part, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Learn more about our returns and exchanges policy here.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the tracking information. You can check the status of your order by visiting your national post operator sire or use this one 17track.net using your tracking number.

What happens if my package is lost?

Once your shipment is in transit with Ukrposhta, or any other express courier service, Harmony Workshop is no longer responsible for the circumstance of any packages. Upon notification that the package is lost, a claim would need to be made with your request to us. Also note that any notification stating delivered, and you believe your package to be lost, a claim must still be made through post service it was sent.
